In addition, we can perform coating on the surfaces of these metal strips (We mainly customize and develop coating materials with specific functional properties such as insulation, heat dissipation, and extinction based on customer requirements), electroplating (with a variety of nickel, tin, gold, and silver plating options), etching (with options for total etching and semi etching), and die-cutting to meet the needs of precision processing.

We boast an array of specialized production equipment, including two slitting machines for precision cutting, five punching machines for punching holes according to specific requirements, and five coating machines that apply various functional coatings to enhance the performance of our metal strips. Furthermore, we operate three electroplating production lines, two etching lines and three die-cutting lines. Additionally, we are equipped with high-precision inspection equipment such as a film thickness gauge, a two-dimensional measuring device, a hardness tester, a roughness tester, a salt spray test apparatus, a gloss meter, and a magnetic permeability meter.
